RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY

Last updated: March 2026

www.wildies.com is committed to providing an excellent and enjoyable gaming experience. We recognise our responsibility in promoting responsible gaming and preventing problematic gambling activity, in accordance with the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 of the State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and the guidelines issued by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority ("AOFA"). We advise all players to take into account the following principles, and not to game irresponsibly:

  • Play for entertainment, not to make money.
  • Avoid chasing losses.
  • Establish deposit, loss, and time limits for yourself before you start playing.
  • Do not let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities.
  • Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
  • Take regular breaks from gambling.
  • Do not gamble when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Balance gambling with other leisure activities.

See the below questions. If your answer to the majority of them is "YES", we advise you to take action to prevent gambling from negatively impacting your life:

  • Does gambling affect your work or studies?
  • Has gambling caused arguments with family or friends?
  • Do you always return to try to win back your losses?
  • Have you borrowed money or sold assets to gamble?
  • Do you see gambling as a source of income?
  • Do you find it difficult to limit the time or money you spend gambling?
  • Have you ever lied to others about how much you gamble?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when not gambling?
  • Have you ever neglected your health, hygiene, or responsibilities because of gambling?

Player Protection Tools

We provide a range of tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity. These tools are available within your account settings and can be activated at any time:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before they become effective.

Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the net amount you can lose.

Wagering Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can wager in a defined period.

Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when your time limit is reached.

Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic notifications showing the duration of your gaming session and a summary of your activity, to help you stay aware of the time and money you have spent.

Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary cooling-off period, during which you will not be able to access your account or place any bets. At the end of the cooling-off period, your account will be automatically reactivated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling has become a problem, you may request to self-exclude from your account. Self-exclusion is a formal commitment that prevents you from accessing your account and using our services for a defined period of time.

During the self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place any bets.

Any active bonuses or pending bets at the time of self-exclusion will be handled in accordance with the applicable bonus terms and betting rules.

You will not receive any marketing communications during the self-exclusion period.

At the end of the self-exclusion period, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You must contact our Customer Support Department to request reactivation, subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before reactivation takes effect.

Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be reversed.

To request self-exclusion, please contact our experienced Customer Support team at any time. We recommend that you contact all other gambling service providers with which you hold accounts and request self-exclusion from those services as well.

How we can help

We are committed to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling. Our Customer Support team is trained to identify and assist customers who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem.

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, our Customer Support team can assist you with setting deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, taking a cooling-off period, or requesting self-exclusion.

We may also proactively contact you if our monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour that suggest you may be at risk of harm, including significant increases in deposit frequency or amounts, extended gaming sessions, or attempts to chase losses.

In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to restrict or close your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your continued use of our services may cause you harm, even if you have not requested any restrictions.

Identification of At-Risk Players

In accordance with the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 and the requirements of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, we have implemented procedures to identify and monitor at-risk players. Indicators that may suggest a player is at risk include, but are not limited to:

  • Frequent and significant increases in the amount of money deposited or wagered;
  • Extended or unusually long gaming sessions;
  • Frequent attempts to chase losses by increasing bet sizes or frequency;
  • Multiple failed deposit attempts or use of multiple payment methods;
  • Complaints or communications from the player or their family members expressing concern about the player's gambling behaviour;
  • Requests to reverse or cancel self-exclusion period;
  • Expressions of distress, frustration, or emotional language in communications with Customer Support.

Where such indicators are identified, the Company may take action including, but not limited to, contacting the player, recommending responsible gaming tools, imposing cooling-off periods, or restricting or closing the player's account.

Underage Gambling

Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18 years of age) in order to play at www.wildies.com . Underage gambling is a serious offence and is strictly prohibited under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

We employ rigorous age verification procedures as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent minors from accessing our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a person under the legal gambling age has registered an account or used our services, we will immediately close the account, forfeit any winnings, and return all deposited funds (less any winnings) to the appropriate person.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to take the following precautions to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services:

  • Password protect your computer, mobile, and/or tablet;
  • Do not leave your device unattended when logged into your account;
  • Make sure all account details and credit/debit cards are inaccessible to children;
  • Do not save passwords on your computer; write them down and keep them somewhere out of reach of minors;
  • Download filtering software (e.g. Net Nanny, Cyberpatrol, or similar parental control tools) to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate sites;
  • Consider using device-level parental controls and app store restrictions on mobile devices used by children.

Staff Training

All members of our Customer Support team and relevant operational staff receive regular training on responsible gaming practices. Training includes:

  • Recognising the signs of problem gambling and at-risk behaviour;
  • Understanding the responsible gaming tools available and how to assist players in using them;
  • The legal and regulatory requirements relating to responsible gaming under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 and the directives of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority;
  • How to handle sensitive conversations with players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm;
  • The Company's procedures for escalating concerns about at-risk players to the Compliance Officer;
  • Training is conducted at least annually, and all training records are maintained by the Company as part of its regulatory compliance documentation.
